Yes, your purchase ships within 2 days of ordering and will arrive at your door packed in dry ice to preserve the flash-frozen seafood. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please reach out to us and we can address the issue for you: help@blackpointseafood.com.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?
Incorporating seafood into your diet regularly is recommended! Although there is the option to sign up for a seafood subscription, this is not necessary. Any order placed on our website has the option of one-time-only purchase, giving you the freedom to order at your convenience!
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
No, we do not offer samples of our seafood. However you can purchase one-time and try our food out without subscribing.
CAN I SPECIFY A SPECIFIC CUT OF FISH?
We use the entire side of the filet for our portions, so each box will contain a mix of both center and tail cuts.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BOX?
